Bits and Pieces

This is going to be a different kind of post. I have been super busy the last couple of weeks with covering work and working on some side stuff. I’ll get back to form next week but in the mean time, here are my workouts for the past two weeks.

Sorry for the slack the past few weeks. I type this blog mostly to keep myself accountable and as a means to somewhat express my thoughts and even though only a couple of people read this I want to keep doing it and keep making it better. Not sure why but I want to keep doing this. Hope you achieved what you wanted to this week.
