What I’ve Actually Done

I achieved 2nd place in the Pump and Run Event at the 2025 Arnold Classic where I ran a 16:46 5k and benched pressed my body weight 30 times. I bench 305lbs, squat 370lbs, and deadlift 450lbs. I run a sub 5 minute mile. I built this entire system while raising kids and working full time and I built it for you.

I believe that the body is the freedom vessel that your soul operates. I want everyone to be able to maximize their bodies abilities so that they can go out into the world and have the adventures that they find valuable to them!

I am the father of two beautiful girls and husband to the lovely Taylor Fowler who is a yoga instructor. I also host a podcast called Fowler and Friends that features entrepreneurs, innovators, and disciplined leaders who are building strong families, strong communities, and lasting institutions. Often using the fitness space for analogies and metaphors.
